Probably one of the toughest workouts I’ve had, and I like to try to challenge myself
Barre Physique is an awesome postural and core strengthening exercise. It is extremely effective in injury prevention, core strengthening, balance and flexibility. I endorse this workout and have seen it enhance my patient’s overall recovery and decrease their rehabilitation time. I have taken Barre Physique classes and worked personally with Lisa to refine her techniques to create a safer, more effective workout.
